Job Description
Fare Makers (Travel Channel Int’l Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent/Air Ticketing Officer to join our team in Lahore. Your main responsibilities will include assisting clients in planning and booking their travel needs to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, flights, and accommodations.
- Handle ticketing and bookings using GDS systems.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a travel agency.
- Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
