Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Travel Agent with ticketing expertise to manage reservations, issue tickets, process cancellations and reissues, and assist travelers. This full-time, in-person position requires 1–3 years of ticketing experience in a travel agency or airline, strong knowledge of fare rules and travel regulations, and proficiency with reservation platforms.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field; GDS training (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Required skills: excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and a professional customer-service approach.
Salary: Rs40,00–Rs50,00 per month.
