Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel Counselor to manage corporate and leisure reservations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours. The successful candidate will provide tailored travel advice, prepare accurate itineraries, manage client accounts, and maintain booking and payment records. Proficiency with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is preferred. Responsibilities include monitoring travel regulations and visa requirements, resolving itinerary issues promptly, and delivering high-quality customer service under pressure.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality
- Experience: 6–8 years in travel consulting or operations
- Skills: strong GDS knowledge, excellent communication, attention to detail
- Employment: Full-time, in-person; Salary Rs100,00–Rs150,00/month + incentives, training, supportive team
