Position: Truck Dispatcher
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling freight pickups and deliveries.
- Providing accurate shipping details to customers.
- Maintaining records of calls, routes, and deliveries.
- Managing invoices and shipment-related paperwork.
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines.
