Job Description
CSR SERVICES LLC is actively seeking qualified female candidates with hands-on experience in the U.S. truck dispatching industry. This is an urgent hiring call for a skilled Truck Dispatch Executive. Competitive compensation is available, with potential earnings of up to $70,00 per month, plus commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule freight pickups and deliveries.
- Provide accurate shipping information to customers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of calls and shipments.
- Handle invoices and related paperwork effectively.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations.
- Negotiate competitive rates and delivery timelines.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of truck dispatch experience and excellent communication skills in English are required. Shifts are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, five days a week, in a full-time role with a salary ranging from $55,00 to $70,00 per month.
