Job Description
HR BPO Solutions is seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling drivers to facilitate freight deliveries and collections. Key responsibilities include communicating with customers regarding freight details, preparing dispatch documents, and maintaining accurate records of driver routes and regulatory compliance.
Qualified candidates should have at least 1+ years of experience in truck dispatching, preferably within an International campaign in the USA. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a degree in transportation or logistics is advantageous. Proficiency in Transportation Management Software (TMS) and office software is essential.
