Job Description

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatcher to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and scheduling loads for drivers according to their availability and deadlines.
• Planning optimal routes to minimize costs and travel time.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with drivers for updates and support.
• Coordinating with brokers and shippers to negotiate rates and manage necessary paperwork.
• Effectively resolving issues such as delays or mechanical failures.
