Job Description
We are AUTO CONNECT, actively seeking experienced candidates for the position of Truck Dispatch Executive. Applicants must have hands-on experience in the US Truck Dispatching industry. Those without relevant experience, such as fresh graduates or applicants from other fields, will not be considered.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and excel in a fast-paced work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling freight pickups and deliveries.
- Maintaining records and managing essential paperwork.
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
