This role emphasizes building long-term relationships with drivers and brokers to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book loads, negotiate competitive rates, and track shipments accurately.
- Prepare detailed dispatch reports and ensure timely delivery of all shipments.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience, familiarity with load boards, and excellent communication skills are essential.
