Job Description
Devronix Solutions is actively seeking proactive and skilled individuals with experience in bidding on Upwork and PeoplePerHour to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, crafting compelling proposals, managing client communications, and successfully converting leads into completed projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue relevant projects on Upwork and PeoplePerHour.
- Create tailored, persuasive proposals for each opportunity.
- Manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the internal team to assess project requirements.
Qualifications: Proven experience with Upwork and PeoplePerHour, strong English communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel is an advantage.
Compensation: Base salary of PKR 40,00 – 160,00/month plus commission.
