Base Camp Data Solutions Limited in Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-call volumes professionally.
- Provide excellent customer support in both Urdu and English.
- Process orders, returns, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements: Fluent in Urdu and English, 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, flexible schedule.
