Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited Islamabad is looking for a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing high-volume customer calls
- Providing support in both Urdu and English
- Processing orders and maintaining customer records
- Escalating complex issues when necessary
Requirements: Fluency in Urdu and English, high school diploma, and 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
