Job Description
OTL Tricon Marketing Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Urdu Language Intern to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Providing detailed product and service information.
- Processing orders and applications efficiently.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues.
- Coordinating with departments for follow-up.
- Generating and following up on business leads.
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned.
Location: Lahore. Pay: Rs22,00.00 – Rs28,00.00 per month.
