Job Description
At YA-Tech, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Urdu-Speaking Customer Care Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls, responding to customer inquiries, and managing complaints effectively. Additional responsibilities include providing product information, processing orders, and escalating priority issues as needed.
You will also coordinate with various departments and generate business leads while reporting to your line manager. Your role is crucial in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Salary ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs35,00.00 per month, with benefits including growth opportunities, health insurance, subsidized food, and annual international trips.
