Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is currently looking for a qualified US HR & Taxation Executive to enhance our team. This position involves updating the requirements within the US Taxation department and assisting in the design and implementation of departmental structure and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with US Tax regulations, reviewing tax filings, and liaising with tax authorities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of Federal, State, and Local Taxes and should have 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Experience with ATX Payroll Compliance Software, EFTPS, and Document Archiving Procedures is highly desirable.
