Job Description

Awami Financial (Private) Limited is on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Verification Officer to enhance our call center team within the fintech sector. The primary objective of this role is to verify customer information, ensuring accuracy to facilitate seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customer details and documents through phone calls.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain precise records of verification outcomes.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or suspicious information.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Experience in the fintech industry is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
