Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information and intent.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of data.
- Maintain a professional demeanor using quality scripts.
- Provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
- Achieve call and verification targets consistently.
Qualifications: Preference for candidates with BPO experience, strong English communication skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility for night shifts, and basic computer proficiency.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Employment Type: Full-time.
