Job Description
Shan Communications is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Verification Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Verifying customer details.
- Closing deals with US customers.
- Offering products and explaining policies in detail, including basic plans, title plans, and bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
Preferred Location: Rawalpindi
Requirements: Middle School education, 1 year of experience, and proficiency in English is preferred.
Willingness to travel: 25%
