Job Description
NKU Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a Virtual Assistant Projects Lead to manage bidding processes and client acquisition on Upwork. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and confident in engaging with clients, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key responsibilities for this role include preparing compelling proposals, conducting client consultations, managing tasks such as research and scheduling, mentoring team members, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, excellent communication skills, and a background in administrative roles. Leadership experience with a small team is preferred.
