Job Description
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our vibrant team at Dione as a Virtual Assistant. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate operations between guests, field agents, and service providers to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with guests via email and phone.
- Resolve guest issues by coordinating with field agents.
- Manage housekeeping and maintenance scheduling.
- Update the DTCM portal with guest information.
- Oversee property unit permits management.
Requirements:
- Experience in the holiday home or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with DTCM regulations is a plus.
