Job Description
Location: Onsite — Raiwind Road, Lahore
Company: Devflovv (for a U.S.-based Dental Health Company)
Shift: Night Shift – 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Devflovv is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Representative to support our client within the Dental Healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Requirements: Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, previous customer service experience (preferably in healthcare), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Willingness to work night shifts is essential.
