Job Description
Right Room seeks a Virtual Property Manager to support UK landlords and tenants remotely. Responsibilities include managing listings, inquiries, viewings, tenancy applications and referencing, digital paperwork, basic maintenance coordination, CRM record-keeping, and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Requirements: lettings or property management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently; familiarity with UK rental legislation and remote property duties preferred.
- Offer: full-time 12-month contract, remote work, bonuses, and development opportunities. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs60,00/month. Women and applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
