Job Description
ACE NETWORX is seeking a skilled VoIP Engineer with expertise in managing and configuring new routes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with VoIP protocols, PBX systems, and network troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize VoIP system performance and call quality.
- Troubleshoot VoIP-related issues such as latency, jitter, and packet loss.
- Implement security measures to protect VoIP networks.
- Train end-users and provide technical support.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with VOS300, Sippy, and Vicidial.
- Strong command of Asterisk.
