Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for our warehouse operations. This role is essential for supporting daily HR functions, including the implementation of HR policies, attendance monitoring, employee documentation, and fostering positive employee relations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain attendance records and perform data entry.
- Assist in the recruitment process for warehouse personnel.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track employee leave and absences.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Provide support in disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR support.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work on-site at the warehouse location.
Employment Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to Rs75,00.00 monthly
