Job Description
Quirky Concepts is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented WhatsApp Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage 2 to 3 WhatsApp business accounts, promptly respond to customer inquiries, and ensure accurate order processing. Proficiency in Urdu and basic English is essential for effective communication.
Job Timing: Monday to Saturday — 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays off. Lunch will be provided.
Compensation: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month. This is a full-time, in-person position.
