Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Zonal Manager responsible for managing, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating your assigned Zone to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all branches effectively.
- Ensure availability of necessary resources.
- Assist in staff recruitment and training.
- Implement policies and ensure compliance.
- Report timely and accurately to Head Office.
- Maintain security and safety of parcels.
Job Specification:
- Graduation / 14 Years Education.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
