Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Zonal Manager responsible for managing, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating operations within their Zone to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all branches effectively.
- Ensure resource availability, including human resources and IT equipment.
- Assist in recruitment and training of staff.
- Implement policies and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Provide timely reports to Head Office.
- Maintain security and safety of parcels.
Job Specification:
- Graduation / 14 Years Education with 5 years of experience.
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent training and implementation skills.
