Job Description
Golden Pearl Cosmetics (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a Zonal Sales Manager with a strong FMCG background, preferably in cosmetics. Candidates should have knowledge of metropolitan and rural distribution, along with experience in primary and secondary sales management and credit management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through effective channel strategies.
- Plan brand positioning and team development.
- Oversee distribution sales force and warehousing best practices.
- Represent sales in meetings aligned with business needs.
- Monitor trade assets and aid marketing initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 7 years as ZSM preferred
