Job Description
Golden Pearl Cosmetics is seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager with a strong sales background in the FMCG sector, preferably within the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing both metro and rural distributions, handling primary and secondary sales, and managing credit.
Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing channel sales strategies, planning brand positioning, managing distribution infrastructure, and leading the sales team. An MBA degree with at least 10 years of experience, including 3-4 years in a similar role, is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Rs170,00.00 per month
