Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with FMCG and beverages.
- Manage business plans to achieve shipment volumes and sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with Key Accounts and enhance product visibility.
- Lead distribution networks and optimize sales forecasting.
- Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plans via Sales KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and 6-8 years of experience in Retail/FMCG required.
