Job Description
Join our team at Butt Sweets & Bakers Premium & Butt Karahi as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual to oversee daily operations. Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the restaurant.
- Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
- Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to waitstaff.
- Resolving customers’ questions and grievances professionally.
- Conducting payroll activities accurately and timely.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Managing inventory and sourcing new ingredients and equipment.
- Recording all income and expenses and balancing cash registers.
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
