Job Description

Easy Leads Mars BPO is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional customer care. In this role, you will resolve inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, or in person to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve product/service issues
• Provide product information and guidance
• Process orders/returns
• Escalate complex issues
• Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years customer service experience
