Job Description
Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels by resolving both technical and non-technical issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide product information and guidance.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams.
