Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at AZshopping.pk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Your key duties will include responding to customer inquiries, assisting with product information, processing orders and returns, and resolving complaints professionally. Strong communication skills and experience in customer service are essential.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary between Rs20,00.00 and Rs30,00.00. Candidates must be female and fluent in Urdu.
