Job Description
Join MTP (Mayfair Technology Partners) as a Customer Success Specialist! In this full-time role, you will provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, handling inquiries professionally, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
We’re looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in IT customer support, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. You’ll collaborate with our team to develop long-term solutions and enhance the customer experience.
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs60,00.00 to Rs70,00.00. Top-notch communication is our priority!
