Job Description
Join our team at Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group as an Export LCL Development Executive/Senior Executive. You will serve as the primary contact for our corporate customers, ensuring strong relationships and delivering excellent service. Your role includes following up with Carriers and Agents on Vessel Arrivals/Container release status, managing cargo transshipments and delivery queries, and handling customer complaints. You will also track cargo until its arrival at the CFS, provide updates on shipment statuses, and plan logistics with the CFS yard.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
