Job Description
Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is seeking a motivated Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform day-to-day back-office tasks and coordinate with customers on behalf of the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer issues, providing after-sales support, and ensuring effective communication with sales representatives regarding shipment processing.
Additionally, you will manage schedules, maintain organized sales records, and contribute to monthly sales reports with senior staff. We value overall customer satisfaction and timely responses to inquiries.
