Job Description
Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform essential back-office tasks and assist in customer coordination for our sales team. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing after-sales support, and maintaining effective communication with sales representatives to ensure timely shipment processing.
The successful candidate will manage schedules, organize important documents, and collaborate with senior sales staff during weekly meetings, reporting on month-end goals. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in freight forwarding are required for this role.
