Job Description
Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist the sales team with daily back-office tasks and customer coordination. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, answering emails promptly, managing orders via phone, and providing after-sales support. You will also coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely shipment processing and maintain organized sales records.
We require a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding. This is a full-time position aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction and achieving month-end goals.
